East Wilts Constituency Tour by Bike
David Kinnaird Cycles Around the East Wiltshire Constituency
Starting at GWH Swindon on 5th June, David and his wife Lisa will cycle around East Wiltshire covering 70+ villages and 5 towns. Travelling through the heart of Wiltshire David and Lisa will be staying locally either at pubs or with friends and family.
East Wiltshire is a huge slice of diverse countryside with beautiful villages, towns, and hamlets sprinkled across its 400 or so square miles. Getting on my bike, getting out there and taking this time to meet people is the best way I can think of engaging with and understanding the constituency. Although I’ve lived here for nearly 30 years, I still have a lot to learn.
I really look forward to meeting you and listening to what you have to say. I want to hear your concerns, issues, and hopes directly. These could be local, national, or international. Big or small, I want to know and try to understand.
We are travelling about twenty miles each day and with planned stops we hope it will give everyone the chance to meet and chat.
Every overnight stop will be a "Meet and Greet" relaxed and informal Q&A at a local pub - please come and see us if you can.
